There are new operational and workforce challenges around health and safety for all of us. But, as goods start to flow into and around the UK, the team at IFL is staying positive and focusing on the future.
In fact, our UK pallet network has been operating throughout lockdown and last week recorded a record 24,000 pallets in a single night through our Fradley hub. That’s a significant increase of 10,000 pallets – a good sign that the economy and businesses are starting to move once again. UK road freight update
IFL is operating 24 hours a day for sending palletised freight around the UK. We continue to be involved in transporting vital medical supplies and PPE kit to the NHS and other healthcare facilities. More recently, we have seen a rise in volumes of consumer goods through e-commerce and as high street shops have started to re-open.

Enquiries are also picking up via our membership of the Palletways network, which collects and delivers across the UK and Europe, right down to our local postcodes across Birmingham and the West Midlands.
