To book your pallet collection, prepare your goods and contact us to secure a collection slot – simply click ‘Request a Quote’ or get in touch for complex requirements. Depending on your location, either an IFL driver or a Palletways network member will collect your pallet. Once collected, your pallet is securely transported to the nearest Palletways hub for processing or delivered directly to its destination. You can track your shipment in real-time and receive proof of delivery, with a two-hour ETA provided for UK freight via SMS or email. We also offer quotes for all-risks goods-in-transit insurance to cover any costs that cannot be recovered from the carrier.
Pallets come in difference sizes with different weight limits. The UK standard full pallet is 1.2m x 1m and can take up to 1,200kg. Pallets can be combined to allow for non-standard or oversized freight.

No, unfortunately IFL doesn’t handle personal effects as this involves different shipping terms, insurances and exclusions from commercial freight. We can refer these enquiries on to a specialist company.

The size of pallet you need will depend on the dimensions of your shipment but also its weight. See our guide to pallet sizes and weight restrictions for further help on this. Note, if the width or length of the shipment goes over standard pallet size, this will often trigger an oversized pallet cost.
