International Forwarding Ltd (IFL) is pleased to announce that we have been awarded Platinum status with Palletways. This is in recognition of our high standards of service and commitment to the pallet network and our fellow network members.

It isn’t the first time IFL has won membership of the Platinum Club as we have been proud members of Palletways, Europe’s largest pallet network, for 16 years – in fact, we sent our first truck into Palletways on 5 June 2002. But we are always proud to achieve it because it marks the fact that we continue to meet the criteria of outstanding performance, operational excellence and first-class levels of service for customers. The Platinum award is the highest given by Palletways in recognition of high standards of service and commitment to the pallet network.
After collecting the award at Palletways’ 2018 National Operations Conference on 5 July 2018, Rob Pike said:
“We are delighted to have been awarded Platinum status within the Palletways network. It shows what high levels of service we provide to our customers and colleagues in the network.
“I would particularly like to thank all of our very hard-working staff for their continued efforts. Without such commitment from warehouse, drivers, our operations, customer service and transport departments, this award would not be possible. In my opinion we have the best staff possible, who are expert at what they do day in and day out, and they should be just as proud as I am in achieving this award.”
International Forwarding collects and delivers consignments across 23 post codes in Birmingham and the West Midlands, including Coleshill, Garretts Green, Solihull, Shirley and Redditch.
Customers are able to access both a UK-wide overnight delivery service and Palletways Europe, which has more than 300 depots across Europe. Consignments can be booked and tracked online with proofs of delivery retrieved electronically and a two-hour delivery window for estimated time of arrival (ETA) – an industry-first.
