International Forwarding Ltd (IFL) is delighted to announce that we were recently awarded Palletways’ highest accolade at its annual UK conference, held on 5 June at Silverstone Circuit, Northamptonshire.
Andy Grubb, IFL Sales Director, and Nigel Parsons, IFL Development Director – pictured second and third from left – were presented with the Service Excellence Award in Transport, which celebrates “exceptional progress and commitment to enhancing service quality”. They accepted on behalf of International Forwarding at a special event to recognise and celebrate member depots and their achievements across Palletways UK, which has over 130 member depots in its network.
“This came as a total surprise, which made receiving the award even sweeter,” said Andy Grubb afterwards. “I can’t begin to explain how incredibly proud Nigel and I were accepting this award on behalf of Team IFL, especially in front of a room filled with so many fantastic members.
“Of course none of this would be possible without the fantastic team we have behind us. This award is for them and we extend a massive thank you and congratulations to all. This is a truly well-deserved recognition of all their hard work, dedication, and the consistently high level of service they provide every single day.

We deliver with Palletways
IFL has been a proud member of the Palletways network since 2002, and currently collects and delivers palletised freight across 14 post codes in Birmingham and the West Midlands, including Coleshill, Garretts Green, Solihull and Shirley.
Customers are able to access a UK-wide overnight delivery service, with consignments able to be booked and tracked online with proofs of delivery retrieved electronically and a two-hour window for estimated time of arrival (ETA).
