We’re pleased to share a recent investment already making a real difference to our operations: the installation of a V-Tech brake roller tester at our Birmingham Coleshill depot.
This new equipment expands International Forwarding Ltd’s (IFL) maintenance capability, allowing us to manage vehicle safety and maintenance more efficiently, and improve our uptime on the road.

Off-site brake testing results in lost time, scheduling challenges and unnecessary downtime. By bringing this capability in-house, we now have full control over when and how our vehicles are tested. Which means:

Brake performance is critical to both safety and compliance. With a V-Tech brake roller tester on site, we can carry out regular, accurate and consistent testing as part of our maintenance routine. This allows us to:

Having a fixed brake tester at our facility means our team can integrate testing directly into daily operations. There’s no need to rely on external availability or factor in travel time – everything happens on our terms, at our site. This has helped us:
