With venues in Ascot and – new for 2025 – Manchester, the team faced a festive logistics challenge: ensuring every toy, prop, and workshop component arrived on time and ready for the grand opening.

The challenge
With just weeks before opening, Lapland UK needed to unload, process and deliver 50 containers of stock – including Husky and Polar Bear teddies, props, and materials for Santa’s ‘build’ Workshop – on a carefully timed schedule throughout October.
Goods had to be segregated by SKU, palletised, shrink-wrapped, and stored securely before being dispatched in full load shipments to Ascot and Manchester. Timing was critical, with some out-of-hours deliveries required to meet the attraction’s tight schedules.
