We’re thrilled and delighted to welcome Kelvin Yorath – pictured here with Sales Director Andy Grubb – to International Forwarding Ltd (IFL), after enticing him out of retirement for two days a week.
Kelvin joins us with a wealth of knowledge and experience in the transport and logistics sector. He has spent the past 15 years as commercial support manager with Palletways UK before his recent retirement, and will join us for two days a week, tasked with further enhancing our UK pallet division. We’re confident he’ll be a tremendous asset to our company.
On sharing the news, LinkedIn lit up with accolades, describing Kelvin as “a total legend in the pallet sector”, “a great fit” and someone who “knows the workings of the back end of the business”.
Kelvin responded, saying: “I tried retirement for two weeks and it was definitely not for me. Prior to that, it had been my great pleasure to work with IFL over 15 years in my previous role with Palletways – IFL being a major member in the UK network.
“I was honoured to serve and work alongside such talented colleagues and members. I’m now two weeks into my new role, working with Helen, Nigel, Andy and all the depot staff, and becoming part of the IFL family.
“You can contact me at kelviny@internationalforwarding.co.uk. I’ll be looking at the commercial and sales, and assisting to help grow additional contributions and volumes.”
Please join us in giving Kelvin a warm welcome. We’re excited to have him on board!
