Helping businesses get back to work after lockdown

This week at IFL… we are mostly busy in our three Birmingham warehouses with office supplies and equipment as businesses restock for a return to work.

We have taken on extra warehousing space to cope the current high demand for storage so please do get in touch to secure your space as soon as possible. Check our pallet storage Birmingham page for further information. Or call +44 (0)1675 434690 or email enquiries@internationalforwarding.co.uk.

People are advised to continuing to work from home if they are able to. But, with lockdown restrictions easing, businesses are starting to bring staff back at least some of the time. According to a BBC survey, 43 of the UK’s 50 biggest employers – from banks to retailers – said they would embrace hybrid working with staff able to work from home two to three days a week.

So photocopiers are being refilled, stationery cupboards restocked and desk space adapted to allow for new hot desking and health and safety requirements.

If your business needs temporary or longer-term storage space to help facilitate the return to work over the summer, please get in touch to discuss your requirements. Whatever your needs in freight forwarding, warehousing or other logistics solutions, our experienced team is here to help – just give us a call to discuss.

UK pallet storage and delivery

For new customers, we have also added some further pallet delivery FAQs to our website. Our platinum membership of the Palletways network – Europe’s largest provider of express palletised distribution services – gives our customers access to a UK-wide overnight delivery service and more than 400 depots across Europe delivering to 24 countries.

For further info on our expanded Birmingham warehousing services, visit our Pallet storage Birmingham page. We added a third warehouse storage and distribution unit last year. The new 40,000 sq ft facility is located close to Birmingham’s city centre and the UK transport network. It is there to accommodate the increased warehousing needs of Midlands businesses for their domestic or import-export freight post-Brexit.

For any other questions or spot quotes, just give us a call – we’d be pleased to work out a solution to suit and we are here to help.
