International Forwarding’s plans to develop additional Birmingham warehousing capacity at their Station Road, Coleshill site, are running on schedule. From September, we will have an additional 750 square metres of high quality warehousing which will be made available to our customers.
The company’s existing pick and pack and stock control systems are being extended to cover the new site and UK distribution will be affected by the International Forwarding fleet and/or the Palletways overnight network.
Birmingham warehousing – a great location to store your goods
We are already taking enquiries for the stocking of products at our refurbished warehouse. We have received some excellent enquiries both from the UK and abroad, including a major operator in Germany. We are now working on expanding potentially up to 2000 pallet-racked locations into the warehouse.
Easy access
There are further options for expansion in the future. If the current level of enquiries for storage at our warehouse are anything to go by, this is a distinct possibility. The warehouse is in a prime location being easily accessible and with fast links to the motorway network (M42, M1, M5, M6) and Birmingham and East Midlands International Airports.
